Perpetual motion: an indoor conveyor belt moves visitors swiftly and in comfort from hall to hall within the fairground. It is from this moving walkway, known as the Via Mobile, that the floor takes its name.

The catering area 'Patio'– located centrally between the up and down escalators on the same level as the Via Mobile – offers a view through the glass facade into Areal Hall and makes an attractive meeting place for around 240 people. During fairs, the Patio functions as an à-la-carte restaurant. When there is no fair, it is available for events. The areas Pikkolo Nord and Pikkolo Süd on either side of the Patio extend the banqueting and conference capacity in each case by 136 m² .
